We’re proud to share our 2024–2025 Impact Report, highlighting how twentyfifty has supported leading global companies through a year of uncertainty and opportunity to make meaningful progress for business and human rights.
The Impact Report illustrates how we have worked collaboratively with clients, and drawn on local expertise from our international network, to embed human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) into corporate strategy and operations – helping drive innovation, trust and long-term competitiveness.
2024-2025 was a testing year: tariff shifts, regulatory uncertainty and economic headwinds created new pressures, while increasingly complex operational contexts were shaped by climate impacts, social instability, geopolitical conflict and the rise of AI.
Against this ongoing backdrop, we are proud to continue to make an impact, helping companies deliver on their commitments to respect human rights and contribute to a more equitable and inclusive world.
How business can make human rights impact in 2026
In his foreword for the Impact Report, Founder and Chief Executive Luke Wilde outlines recommendations for companies looking to make an impact in the year ahead. These include:
-
HREDD delivers business value through improving resilience and managing risk
-
Clear accountabilities for HREDD across the business
-
Multifunctional governance that captures and addresses insights from HREDD
-
Systems that ensure due diligence is both sufficient and effective, and incorporate meaningful engagement with rightsholders
As Luke notes: “Navigating new developments successfully implies doing so with positive outcomes for people and planet – in short: ‘doing good’. Embedding HREDD is key to this.”
Chairman Paul Egan adds: “Transformation rarely happens in a single leap. It is built through consistent, courageous steps – evolution that, over time, reshapes what business can be and the impact it has.”
