Jessika Castañon
Managing Consultant
I am a managing consultant with over a decade of experience across law and consulting.
I began my career as a lawyer, practising for nearly ten years in criminal defence and human rights litigation, which shaped my commitment to fairness, accountability and protecting people’s rights.
Having lived in Brazil, Spain, the Netherlands and the United States, I bring an international perspective and a genuine curiosity about different cultures and systems. I later moved into consulting at a global professional services firm, supporting organisations to embed human rights into their strategies, operations and supply chains in ways that are practical and grounded in real-world impact.
One of my biggest drivers is to positively impact people and rightsholders, ensuring that business decisions improve outcomes for those most affected.
