Matthias Bosch

Matthias Bosch is a founding partner at the Munich-based intellectual property law firm Bosch Jehle, with expertise in complex patent litigation and patent portfolio management across the tech industry.
He holds a mechanical engineering degree from TU Munich and a Ph.D. in patent law from LMU-Munich/Max Planck Institute.
As a Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow, Matthias focused on human rights — particularly supply chain accountability — alongside social impact, sustainable investing, family enterprises and philanthropy.
This commitment to human rights anchors his new venture, Bosch Global Advisors.
He also serves as a Senior Editor at the Harvard Social Impact Review and lecturer at the TU Munich LifeLong Learning Institute.
