I am a consultant based in the UK. Before twentyfifty, I worked for The Body Shop and UK convenience retailer Co-op, where I developed supplier capability to manage human rights issues through training, events, and facilitation of peer-to-peer learning. I have led Sedex audit management reporting, and strategy development focusing on living wage, modern slavery, responsible recruitment and operationalising effective grievance mechanisms.

Having started my career in the NGO sector in Nepal and Tanzania, I see worker voice and a rightsholder-centric approach as a key pathway to resolving root causes of issues.

I hold a Master’s degree from the Institute of Development Studies.
