I am a sustainability professional, facilitator and trainer with over 15 years’ experience of working in organisational change with corporate and third-sector organisations. As Senior Associate, I help clients to understand what human rights due diligence means and support them in bringing it to life their day-to-day business.
I thrive on building trusting relationships, bringing clarity to complex situations and using visuals to support understanding. With a background in environmental conservation and action research, I have delivered environmental and human rights change projects in the agricultural sector in Latin America and Africa and written publications on applied human rights due diligence. I am fluent in Spanish and English and can hold my own in French and Portuguese.
