I am a Swiss national of Russian origins living in Kyiv, Ukraine. Before joining twentyfifty, I was a freelance consultant based in The Hague, advising international NGOs and think-tanks on their strategies for Ukraine. I started my career in the diplomatic service, before embarking on several human rights-related jobs in Geneva, including as one of the first UN human rights field officers.

I also worked in the energy industry (privately-owned holdings in oil and gas, thermal generation and renewables; in Moscow and Kyiv) for 15 years where I built a career solving complex sustainability challenges in fragile situations and conflict zones.
